Asteroid Profile – Ate

The daughter of Zeus and ‘possibly’ Eris, asteroid Ate is quite the little justice seeker. Presently at 20 degrees Leo conjunct Mercury and trine Ceres, she will no doubt bring justice where it is well deserved. However, look out fellas, she seems to have quite a sexist agenda!

The only aspect she makes is a lovely one degree conjunction to my Scorpio Moon. Somehow, I enjoy that.
As I just typed out on the database, I wouldn’t worry about Ate aspects if female
unless you intend to be a particularly heinous criminal 
Mine is in my Taurus 3rd House and was activated at the time of my divorce, but no other exciting events have happened 
I really poked about the research database for some dirt on this one and really do have the conclusion that she had her justice eye on the men folk!
I had a few aspects (conjunct cap moon, sq pluto, trine mars) and read that and flipped out a big. I’m terrified by the prospect of jail. Maybe that’s why? LOL!
Maybe a natally instilled fear, thanks to Ate, to ensure you walk the straight and narrow

At 5 Pisces, in the 11th, 1 degree trine my Cancer Sun. A 2 degree opposition to Pluto in the 5th.
I do have a very strong sense of justice and fairness and an equally powerful need to keep within the law – even laws I find ridiculous. A real fear of transgressing. I’ve always put that down to my 10th house Saturn … maybe Ate opposite Pluto has something to do with it!
